INSTANT POT MEATBALL SUBS
Super easy & non-fancy go-to dinner. Barely any ingredients which are nearly all Costco staples! Use your preferred amount of meatballs and sauce for your needs.
INGREDIENTS
- Frozen Meatballs (Costco)
- Sub/Hoagie Sandwich Rolls (Costco)
- 1 Jar Pasta Sauce (Costco)
- 6 Oz Bag Parmesean Cheese (Mozzarella is a great option, Parmesan is my favorite)
- Butter
- Garlic Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix sauce and meatballs in Instant Pot. Make sure meatballs are coated to ensure no burning on the bottom. Place lid, set valve to seal. Pressure cook on high for 5 minutes. When done, quick-release pressure.
- Butter buns with butter and lightly sprinkle garlic salt and lightly toast. Fill toasted buns with meatballs, sauce, and cheese.
