CHICKEN FAJITAS

INGREDIENTS

- 4 Cups Cooked Shredded Chicken
- 3 Bell Peppers (Red/Yellow/Green) 
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1/2 Pack Fajita Seasoning
- 1/2 Pack Taco Seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Cumin
- 2 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 2 Tsp. Salt
- 4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Flour Tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS

CHICKEN

- Heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken, fajita, and taco seasonings. Mix and heat. Once warmed through, turn heat to high to crisp the chicken. 

VEGETABLES

- Chop all veggies into long thin slices. Heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add veggies, cumin, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cover until veggies become soft but still slightly firm. Turn heat to high to crisp/sear the veggies. 

SERVING

- Butter and warm tortillas if desired. Fill with/ chicken and veggies. Top with fresh lime, cheese, and salsa.
