HAWAIIAN ROLL HAMBURGER SLIDERS

 HAWAIIAN ROLL HAMBURGER SLIDERS

INGREDIENTS

- Minced Garlic
- Salt
- 1/2 Yellow Onion (can chop and mix w/ beef or sauté as topping, or both!)
- Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- 1lb Ground Beef
- McCormick Steak seasoning
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Bacon Bits
- Mexican Blend Cheese or Sliced Cheddar Cheese (I’ve used Mexican because it’s what we had, but I want to try cheddar slices)

INSTRUCTIONS

- Preheat oven to 350.

- On med-high heat, cook garlic + onions until translucent.

- While cooking, slice rolls wide ways to have a top and bottom bun. I break them into smaller groups for ease of cutting, you could cut them all at once. Lay bottom halves in a 9x13 baking dish.

- To the pan, add ground beef, McCormick steak seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce, both generously. Mix all pan contents together & cook meat.

- While cooking, spread ketchup and mustard over the insides of the top and bottom buns, like you would to a normal burger.

- I like to drain some of the juice/fat from the meat. Evenly spread the cooked hamburger over the layer of bottom half buns.

- Add desired toppings. I do bacon bits, cheese, lettuce, tomato. Place top half buns.

- Melt butter & brush over the top of top buns. Bake until buns are golden brown & cheese is melted!
